<p>Hamilton, disaster and fury: "It's the first time in my career, it's all so frustrating."</p>

SPA (Belgium) - Sprint qualifying for the Belgian GP left the two Ferrari drivers with mixed feelings: Lewis Hamilton, who was out of the running in Q1 after a spin, will start 18th, while Charles Leclerc finished fourth, managing to stay in contention until the end to earn a spot on the second row. Oscar Piastri made an impressive showing, taking pole position and setting a new lap record thanks to a super McLaren. The Australian championship leader set a 1'40"510, bettering the time set first by his teammate Lando Norris (3rd) and then by the usual Max Verstappen (2nd), who, in the Red Bull, appears to be the only one capable of keeping up with the papaya dominance.

Many of the big names are at the back of the grid, along with Hamilton , with the Mercedes team experiencing the biggest disappointment: Russell finished 13th and Antonelli actually last. Completing the top 10 are Esteban Ocon (Haas), Carlos Sainz (Williams), Oliver Bearman (Haas), Pierre Gasly (Alpine), Isack Hadjar (Racing Bulls), and Gabriel Bortoleto (Kick Sauber). Tomorrow morning, the sprint race is scheduled for 12:00 PM, while qualifying for Sunday's race will begin at 4:00 PM. But frustration remains high at Ferrari , with Hamilton speaking out immediately after his stinging elimination, which prevented him from participating in the remaining two qualifying sessions. These are the words of the British champion.

Hamilton's frustration

"I had a rear lockup, I think it's the first time it's happened in my career. It was disappointing, the car didn't work great. We have a day to work on: we'll try to do something, but it's extremely frustrating to find ourselves in this situation. Let's hope we can do better tomorrow," Ferrari driver Lewis Hamilton said to Sky Sport.
